Rules & Regulations
All ATVs must be hauled in. You cannot come from other riding areas onto Tri-County ATV grounds.
DOT approved helmets are required at all times on every machine while it is in operation. Eye protection or goggles, riding gear, gloves, and boots are highly recommended.
Alcohol is not permitted while operating vehicles on club grounds. Please drink legally and responsibly at your campsite. Do not provide alcohol to minors.
Obey all posted signs and trail markers. Trails are two-ways.
No riding or playing in streams. Use all provided bridges.
No riding in unapproved areas. Designated areas and trails only. Do NOT blaze or create your own trails.
Respect other riders and the environment. You will be held responsible for damages to all property.
Please remember to take all trash with you. No littering or dumping!
While animals are welcome to come with you, they must be leashed and under control at all times. Aggressive animals should be kept at home or supervised at your campsite at all times.
The speed limit in the parking lot, campground, around the pavilion and the main road is 5 MPH.
Respect other riders. Do not ride aggressively to endanger other riders. This includes cutting people off, running them off trails, etc. You will be asked to leave the property and your membership will be reviewed by the board.
No Illegal or controlled substances are permitted on club property.
All members must sign a waiver when joining. Event participants must sign a waiver.
All members are required to have a valid membership tag on their atv/dirt bike/sxs at all times and must have their membership card with them. Vehicle tags should be displayed on the dash of the tow vehicle. Without these you may be asked to leave.
Tri-County ATV Recreation & Rescue Association is a private membership club. Everyone on property MUST be a member.
We do not allow guests. Members violating this policy may lose their membership. Memberships are subject to board approval.
NO wheelies, speeding, roosting, drifting, racing, donuts, stunt riding, burnouts, etc. in the parking lot, campgrounds, or on the main roads.
Respect other members and land-owners. While we allow riding 24/7 it is expected that quiet time in the parking area & campgrounds is 12AM-8AM. Please try to be respectful of your fellow members during those times.
Parents & guardians are responsible for their dependents. It is their responsibility to determine what machines the dependent is skilled enough to ride & where they are capable of riding. They take responsibility for their dependents behavior and actions.
Tri-County ATV Recreation & Rescue Association supports all Pennsylvania laws and asks all members to abide by them.
