Single memberships are one individual only. There should be no passengers with these members.
Family memberships are husband, wife, kids under 18 living in the same household.

No, if you are living together as married then you may be on one family membership. This is the same for domestic partners, significant others, etc.

Tri-County memberships may include husband, wife, kids under the age of 18 living in the same household.
Due to insurance restrictions everyone over the age of 18 must be on their own membership.

You may have a passenger riding with you so long as they are also a member.
If they are your spouse or child under 18 living in your household then they are included in your family membership
If they are not on your membership they will need to have an active membership to ride.
You cannot pay extra just to bring a friend to ride for the day. We have no guest policy. This means they MUST be a member to be on property outside of open events such as Open House or Halloween.

We are a members ONLY club. You MUST be a member to be on property.
Non members are welcome to come to the club during events only.
You cannot have guests at your campsites outside of events where they have paid the entrance fee!

Tags are made for each machine. They are member specific. They should be displayed clearly on your machines at all times. They can be attached to your machine using a zip tie.
You should check in at the pavilion or the gate with your membership card to access club grounds. Showing your card at the gate upon entrance at events saves you the gate fees!

Tags and membership materials must be picked up and signed for at the logo shop in the pavilion. There is also a safe for dropping off payments and other correspondence.
The members corner contains maps, applications, and other paperwork you may want.
If you are looking for specific areas on the trails feel free to stop in and talk with one of the volunteers in the pavilion and they can point you in the right direction!

You jeopardize not only your own membership as it may be revoked at any time, but the riding privileges of your fellow members.
When you are caught your guest will be required to pay the membership fee on the spot or be faced with trespassing and prosecuting fees.

Yes, we strive to be family friendly! It’s not just about the guys riding!
The pavilion is open year-round. Most weekends some of our volunteers are in there doing activities, playing games and socializing.
A kids area, kids track and playground have been created for the children. Each area has specific rules as to age and/or size restrictions, please familiarize yourself with these.
Parents & guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior or lack there of. Children should be supervised by their parents or responsible adult at all times, this includes riding time. Children should not be left at the playground or pavilion while parents go riding, this is unsafe.
Be sure to check the events page or the Facebook page often for club activities for the whole family!

As a member you are granted 24/7 access to the club grounds with the exception of the 2 weeks of deer season. This means you can ride year-round and you can ride at night!
You will also find that most riders as a courtesy do not ride before noon on Saturdays during spring gobbler season.
The club reserves the right to restrict riding on other occasions when deemed necessary. When applicable these closings are posted here and also on our socials.
Events are free to members with the exception of the Halloween rides. These rides are $25 for everyone.

The Tri-County owned and leased trails are marked. As well, when you are leaving our property the borders are marked.
Certain areas may be closed due to outside conditions such as logging, mining, hazards etc. Members are asked not to ride under or remove tape from such areas.
It is a members responsibility to know where they are and familiarize themselves with the club grounds.
Maps are available as a guideline only as they may change.

Members may ride on established trails only.
Do NOT blaze your own.
Do NOT ride through creeks nor off property.
Just because your dirtbike or quad looks like it can fit there does not mean it should be there.
Trails are established with many things in mind such as safety, environmental concerns etc.

The pavilion is the large brown building near the entrance gate. It has a large garage door a man door on one side and a man door on the other side.
The man doors are open to members. We believe in an honor system. You may come and go as you please.
Most weekends many of our volunteer members can be found in or around the pavilion.
Between May and September usually there are drinks and snacks available for purchase in the kitchen.

Dirt Bikes, Quads, Trikes, Side by Sides, Argos, Snowmobiles, Horses, Go Karts, etc.
NOT Allowed: Trucks, Jeeps, & vehicles designed for on-road driving that are converted for off-road purposes. Nothing that is custom built using any kind of a car engine.
When in doubt, please ask.

Every child is different. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to know their dependent’s riding skills. Likewise it is their responsibility to make sure their dependent is on an appropriate machine for their size and skills.
You may ride double as long as it is done safely. Riding more than double is not recommended or safe.

Most of our trails are accessible by any offroad machine, however there may be bridges that are more difficult or too tight for larger machines.
Usually there are trails that go around these type of obstacles.

We do not require insurance or registration.

There is an established fire pit by the pavilion. Members are welcome to use this fire pit anytime. There is usually wood is already cut and stacked for member use or you can get your own. There is even a nice neighbor at the bottom of Tower Hill Road that sells firewood!
No fires are permitted directly on the ground. Fires in patio style - elevated fire pits (aka outdoor fireplaces) are permissible. The bottom of this pit shall be a minimum of 6 inches from the ground. A fire in approved pit /chimney needs to be attended at all times.
Abuse of fire privileges will lead to restrictions of all fires. Coals and ashes should not be dumped in the fields or elsewhere. Fire restrictions may be enacted accordingly with the weather, changes in fire policy will be posted at the welcome building. Water receptacles are available in camping areas. Be sure to use them to douse fires before leaving the property.

Tri-County ATV Rescue & Rescue Association, Incorporated. Is a registered 501 c 4 organization. It owns it’s own properties.
All purchases and expenses are paid for from funds raised by members through membership and fundraising.

Every ounce of work that is done at the club is completed by a volunteer member. While you may see mainly the same faces working day in and day out they are VOLUNTEERS. They are members just like you. They pay their membership just like every member except that they also work day in and day out to make the club better for everyone.
Do they get paid? NO.
Do they get the respect and thanks they deserve? Not usually.
Be sure to thank them when you see them or lend a hand.

Usually work that needs done can be found on the white boards in front of the kitchen in the pavilion. There is always clipping and cutting to be done. Trails that need attention i.e. trees done etc. that cannot be addressed by a member should be marked on the work boards so that the officers can schedule maintenance.
Tools are available in the shed behind Man-land. See the volunteers in the pavilion if you would like to help!

Members are asked to ride responsibly on the tracks. Do NOT ride in the wrong direction. If members are working on the track then don’t ride there. If it is raining and wet STAY OFF the track as it makes huge ruts.
The kids track is designed specifically for use with Atvs under 90 cc and Dirt bikes under 110 cc. Riding with machines over these cc’s will damage the track. Children are to be supervised at all times while on the kids track.

Alcohol is not permitted while operating any vehicle on club grounds. Do not take alcohol on the trails or throw away cans on the trails.
You are welcome to drink legally and responsibly at your campsite or at the pavilion.
The club is NOT a haven for underage drinking. Please obey all PA laws.

DOT approved Helmets and eye protection are to be worn while riding.
Helmets should be worn at all times when riding including while riding in go carts, side by sides, dirt bikes, trikes, atvs, or any other open type vehicles.

The speed limit around the pavilion, the main roads, parking lots, campground, and registration areas is 5 MPH.
Trails have no set speed limit. However, please do not ride above your skill level.

Active and auxiliary members have earned the privilege to leave their campers on property by their hard work and diligent work ethics.
Limited paid camping is available through rentable sites. There is currently a waiting list for both electric and primitive campsites.
You are welcome to bring your camper, stay and take it when you leave free of charge.

Members are asked to respect their fellow members and officers who have worked hard to create a safe riding area.
Members are asked to leave the club better than they found it.
Members are asked to take personal responsibility for their actions and activities while on club grounds including riding, pavilion use, trash disposal, etc.
If something needs addressed or done be sure to volunteer to help.
