Who are we?

Tri-County ATV Recreation & Rescue Association Mission Statement

To promote the sport of ATVing through Legal and safe riding areas, safety training, public awareness, and respect for the environment, as well as, cooperating with local rescue units to promote outdoor safety.

We are a family-oriented group that enjoys riding atvs, side by sides, and dirtbikes, having fun, with a further goal of promoting user cooperation such as “shared trails” with other outdoor and environmentally friendly people.
We promote safe riding, including helmet use according to Pennsylvania state law.

We offer every ATV off road enthusiast the opportunity to:

Ride Legal & Ride All The Time!

Our History

We were formed in December of 2000. We started as a group of like-minded individuals looking to develop a safe, responsible and fun place to enjoy ATV riding.

The pavilion was built in March of that year and we began working on the development of the trail systems, held our first events and built a kitchen.

In 2006 we purchased the 324 acres of the main property that the pavilion sits on. After we closed in the pavilion, we added more buildings (Welcome Building, grounds building, office and manland). We also expanded the pavilion to contain a storage room, veranda, and the Snack Shack.

As we have grown we have purchased additional properties bringing our total land to approximately 1200 acres in addition to agreements with neighbors to additional access to other land for additional riding. We have a functional BBQ Chicken pit, additional storage for club owned tools & equipment, play area for the kids & a kids motocross track, The Quad Shoppe, and much more!

Currently, we have grown into third generation volunteer status as original founding members have retired, their children are avid atv enthusiasts and their grandchildren are now also joining our atv family! We hope this will continue to grow our atv community and promote our mission to provide safe, family-friendly atv riding for years to come.
