TRI-COUNTY ATV RECREATION & RESCUE ASSOCIATION

RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

 

1. ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED WHILE OPERATING VEHICLES ON CLUB GROUNDS.

 

2. OBEY ALL POSTED SIGNS AND TRAIL MARKERS.

 

3. NO RIDING IN STREAMS. USE ALL PROVIDED BRIDGES.

 

4. NO RIDING IN UNAPROVED AREAS. DESIGNATED AREAS AND TRAILS ONLY.

 

5. RESPECT OTHER RIDERS AND THE ENVIRONMENT. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO ALL PROPERTY.

 

6. USE OF HELMETS AND EYE PROTECTION IS REQUIRED.

 

7. NO EXCESSIVE SPEEDS WHILE RIDING.

 

8. NO ILLEGAL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PERMITTED ON CLUB PROPERTY.

 

9. ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER WHEN JOINING.

 

10. ALL EVENT PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.

 

11. THE SPEED LIMIT AROUND THE PAVILION AND PARKING AREA IS 5 MPH.

 

12. ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID MEMBERSHIP, TAG ON THEIR ATV/DIRT BIKE AND MUST HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH THEM. WITHOUT THESE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

 

13. PLEASE CLOSE GATE WHEN LEAVING CLUB PROPERTY FOR THE DAY.

 

14. TRI-COUNTY ATV SUPPORTS ALL PENNSYLVANIA LAWS AND ASKS ALL MEMBERS TO ABIDE BY THEM.

 

15. TRI-COUNTY ATV IS A PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP CLUB WITH A NO GUEST POLICY. MEMBERS VIOLATING THIS POLICY MAY LOSE THEIR MEMBERSHIP!

 


ENFORCEMENT OF CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

 

THIS IS YOUR CLUB AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HELP ENFORCE THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS. IF YOU SEE SOMEONE VIOLATING A RULE LAW OR POLICY PLEASE LET HIM OR HER KNOW. AS MEMBERS ALL OF US ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE OPERATION OF OUR RIDING AREA. THE MORE WE POLICE OUR GROUNDS THE LESS OTHERS WILL HAVE TO FOR US.

 


 

ANY MEMBERS FOUND VIOLATING THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE GROUNDS OR HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP REVOKED.
