What is F.E.W.? Family Escape Weekend, an exclusive limited attendance event.

Where is F.E.W.? Tri-County ATV grounds in Heilwood PA.
Why hold F.E.W.? A schedule opening created an opportunity to hold a specialized event.
What does that mean F.E.W. is a specialized event? A specialized event is one that is held with a specific goal and purpose. The Purpose of F.E.W. is to raise funds for our "ground obsession" project. This projects sole purpose is to raise funds that will be directly used to our ground purchases.
Who can come to F.E.W.? Only those who have purchased an exclusive ticket or Tri-County members who have a workers ticket.
Why are tickets to F.E.W limited? Tri-County is not a commercial entity open to the public on a daily basis it is a membership based club built for members use with limited closed events. It is designed for open riding and member use not for thousands or people or large promotional events.

Are the trails closed to members? Yes, this is a special event that will not only insure that members will have a place to ride forever but also helps keep their membership dues the same low price of $95 per year.
What does it cost to come to F.E.W.? $25 per person (children under 10 free with adult ticket purchase)
What does it cost to camp at F.E.W.? Limited camping is available. Camping is free but will be limited to first ticket purchased first served basis.
Can I camp Thursday night? Thursday night camping is a privilege reserved exclusively for members.
What if members don't want to pay to come? Members can get a worker ticket by scheduling 8 hours of volunteer work time. Scheduling will be organized by the club secretary and/or committee chair people.
Will I be mailed a ticket?
YES– this is a change as people purchased multiple tickets we found the need to have individual receipts. TICKETS will be mailed starting approximately June 13th, Receipts already in hand will need to be replaced with actual tickets.
Will tickets be available at the door? No this is a presold event that we expect to sell out. Tickets will not be available at the door.
Can I get a ticket anywhere else but online? You can call 1-877-WE 12 ATV (1-877-931-2288) leave your name, number, a short message and a represenative will call you back to help you with your ticket order.
When does it open? Gates open at 8 am on Friday July 17th
When does it close? Trails close on Sunday July 19th at 7 pm (members are welcome to stay and resume their open riding benefits)
What will there be to do? Open trail riding, entertainment both Friday and Saturday evenings, Saturday night drag races, mud ob motocross, kids motocross, kids events, drive in movies, vendor/sponsor show, door prizes, food, bbq, ice cream parlor lots to do for everyone!
Will there be night riding? No, trails will close at 7 pm and be swept by 8pm. There will be night drags and entertainment both Friday and Saturday evenings.
May I join Tri-County that weekend? Yes, memberships are available at $95 plus $5 per additional machine.
May I apply my $25 entrance fee(s) to the membership cost? No, unlike open houses or other membership type event this is a specialized fundraising event.
Is F.E.W. the new Quadfest? Absolutely not! Tri-County is greatly disappointed that Quadfest is not being held this year as they have been deeply involved in Quadfest since it's inception, it has been an integral part of Tri-County fundraising and we look forward to participating in it in the future.
Can I get a refund for a purchased ticket? We are sorry that we cannot offer refunds.
How do I get a ticket? Use the order button below to purchase tickets or to get a worker ticket. Workers will be verified as current Tri-County members and required to schedule their 8 hours of volunteer time prior to entrance.
